1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for most items purchased through our online store, provided that the following conditions are fully met:

• The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.

• All original tags, labels, security seals, and packaging are intact and undamaged.

• The product is in perfect, resellable condition, free from marks, alterations, odors, or signs of wear.

• The return request is submitted within the allowed timeframe (see Section 2).

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer at their expense.

2. Return Timeframe

In accordance with EU consumer rights, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase and return eligible products within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return, you must notify us within this 14-day period. Items must be shipped back promptly after approval of your return request.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Underwear and intimate apparel

• Swimwear without hygiene protection stickers

• Socks and hosiery once opened

• Customized, tailored, personalized, or made-to-order items

• Gift cards

• Items purchased during final sale or marked as non-returnable

4. Condition Assessment

All returned items undergo a detailed quality inspection upon arrival.

We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet our required condition standards.

If a return is rejected, the item will be shipped back to the customer.

5. Refunds

Once your return is approved and processed:

• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

• Shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable, unless required by law.

• Refund processing may take several business days, depending on your payment provider.

If the returned item shows signs of use, missing packaging, or damage, we may issue a partial refund or decline the refund entirely.

6. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for the same product in a different size, depending on availability.

If the desired size is unavailable, the return will be processed as a standard refund.

7. Return Shipping

Unless otherwise required by EU law, customers are responsible for:

• The cost of return shipping

• Ensuring the item is securely packaged

• Providing a valid tracking number

• Any customs fees incurred during the return process (if applicable)

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

8. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe you have received a faulty, defective, or incorrect item:

• Contact us immediately upon delivery.

• Provide a clear description and photographic evidence of the issue.

If confirmed, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Norwegian consumer law and EU regulations.

Faults caused by misuse, accidental damage, improper care, or normal wear and tear are not considered defects.

9. Right of Withdrawal (EU & Norway)

As required by EU and Norwegian consumer legislation, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

This right applies only if:

• The item is in its original condition, and

• The product has not been used beyond what is necessary to examine it in the manner permitted in a physical store.

Excessive handling or wear may result in a reduced refund amount, as permitted by consumer law.

10. Final Sale Items

Products marked as Final Sale, Non-Returnable, or Last Chance cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances unless required by law.
